Our Policies

We strive to provide an immersive experience for our clients and to create a welcoming, relaxing environment for all. Our salon prides itself on our exceptional service tailored to each guest. When you enter this establishment, we ask that you respect yourself, the other guests, and our staff.


COVID-19 PROTOCOLS

All guests must wear a mask while inside our salon. Only those with a scheduled reservation will be permitted to enter. Temperature checks will be administered upon arrival. We will not service those who are showing signs of sickness. If you experience symptoms or show signs of sickness please reschedule.

Our stations are protected by partitions that separate you and other guests during your visit. We ask that you stay in your stylist’s designated area unless instructed otherwise.

If you require further instruction during your visit, please ask an associate so that we can assist you.

DEPOSITS

Deposits will be required for large services. They are non refundable and can only be transferred for 1 reschedule. If deposit isn’t paid, you will forfeit your appointment. You will receive an invoice prior to your appointment with the deposit amount.


CHILDREN

Under no circumstances will children be permitted without a scheduled reservation.


GROUP RESERVATIONS & EVENTS

Call for requests regarding any type of group reservation such as weddings and private events. Must be booked at least 1 month in advance. Prices may vary.


RESERVATIONS

Call us to inquire about a reservation. We take private appointments on Tuesdays with an added fee.


LATE ARRIVALS

We understand that sometimes being late is unavoidable. If, for whatever reason, you may be late to your appointment reservation, please call to inform us and we will do our best to assist you. Guests arriving 15 minutes or more after their reservation will need to be rescheduled and there will be a late fee included.


CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS

We kindly request 24 hours notice for the rescheduling or canceling of an appointment. No-shows and appointments canceled without 24 hours notice will be charged a cancellation fee. After 3 cancellations, our system will no longer allow you to book for future appointments.


REFUNDS

All sales are final including the sale of gift cards and retail items.


WEAPONS

We do not allow weapons of any kind, including firearms, into our location, except for weapons carried by law enforcement and other security personnel.


PETS

Animals are not permitted into our salon, however, service animals may accompany guests with disabilities.
